In each die casting project and pre-assembly line, Our Engineer will initiate a feasibility study. And establish a quality control plan, all key parameters & characteristics of product's will be stated, moreover, it defined inspection methods and criteria as well. And every employee is well trained, communicated and understanding for their working procedure and duty in it.

IQC, IPQC, FQC and OQC are all carried throughtout the every phase of production by our seasoned quality inspector, combined with dedicated inspection equipments such as high-precision CMM, spectrograph, tensile force testers, gloss meter and salt-spraying tester, etc, we are capable to do essential testing for dimensional, cosmetic, and functional.
